Jamestown, Chesapeake — Notable Clark resident ParkRangerBilly (aka BridgeFisher18, modelmyfiretruck1832, and BillyAlmeida) has been subjected to unjust treatment by the Chesapeake Law Enforcement Standards and Training Academy (LESTA). ParkRangerBilly attempted to transfer his Clark County LETI certificate to Harrison, but his application was put on hold since a screenshot showing his Roblox account’s 2FA did not contain a timestamp. By the time he realized the issue, the deadline to submit corrections had passed 2 days ago. ParkRangerBilly alleges that LESTA failed to publicize the tracker in a timely manner, resulting in alleged due process violations. Furthermore, while appealing the action, LESTA staff groomed ParkRangerBilly into making a water painting with the promise of transferring his certificate

ParkRangerBilly made a ticket to appeal the decision, and he was greeted by LESTA Academy Supervisor Mrsalom and Senior Admission Officer lmBigPoe. The staff appeared to make fun of ParkRangerBilly (who has been diagnosed with autism) for not knowing that “literally everything in rostate [sic] has a tracker these days.” ParkRangerBilly proceeded to offer a water painting of the staff’s choice in exchange for accepting his appeal. The staff entertained the idea, asking ParkRangerBilly to make “an American Samoyed skateboarding,” promising that his appeal would be accepted “if its really good.” Samoyeds are a herding dog breed that is predisposed to fatal kidney diseases.

With the LESTA staff accepting his offer, ParkRangerBilly went to Hobby Lobby the next day and proceeded to buy $10 of water painting supplies and a $5 canvas frame. He then painted a really cute picture of a Samoyed, as depicted to the right:

LESTA Staff were seen complimenting the painting, saying that it was “fire.” Mrsalom himself also told H-SPAN reporters in Ridgeway that the painting was “very good.” Deputy Director robloxwolf123 was looped into the support ticket by staff after the ParkRangerBilly submitted the drawing; robloxwolf123, however, bared the unfortunate news that ParkRangerBilly had no ground to appeal the decision in the first place and he proceeded to lambast the LESTA staff. Robloxwolf123 later told ParkRangerBilly that “[Mrsalom and lmBigPoe had] lead [him] on and trolled [him].” lmBigPoe deflected blame in the conversation, saying that “Mrsalom lead [him] on which made [him] lead [ParkRangerBilly] on.” LESTA is managed by the Harrison County Administration team, so the only recourse available to ParkRangerBilly is appealing to the admin team or getting leave to file a civil suit against the academy.

H-SPAN attempted to contact robloxwolf123 and lmBigPoe, but they failed to give a response.

After suffering from the emotional abuse of the epic troll, ParkRangerBilly began to have a mental breakdown:

ParkRangerBilly provided comment to H-SPAN, saying:

“Frankly I’m in shock, my whole body is numb I feel like a used fleshlight, just a disgusting feeling inside that I can’t get rid of. I’ve been isolated from my family and friends since then I have no one to reach out to. Frankly I’m just FUCKING ANGRY that robloxwolf123 WOULD RAPE ME. im just so FUCKING HELPLESS, I just feel like a fucking doll being tossed back and forth, they treated me like a fucking object, him… no.. they called me it…. im just his fucking dirty little whore.”
