Uproar from the public in Mayflower today, as Governor T4K3Nw announces a statewide period of martial law.

This comes following an extended time of civil unrest in Clark County, as well as a confirmed presence of the Smertov Syndicate, an armed force marked as an extremist group by state and local government – in the city of Lander

Citizens of Mayflower can expect an extensive rollout of armed troops from the Mayflower National Guard, as the state’s military assumes primary authority over statewide safety and security. Government facilities and other critical infrastructure are expected to be under heavy security from the national guard, until civil order can be reestablished.

The order for martial law is set to be in place through 42 hours following the governor’s initial announcement which was delivered at 12:38 PM EST. The order for martial law will expire on Tuesday, at 6:38 AM EST, unless otherwise authorized for continuation through law.
