Former MPBS Director Cd_rz Charged With First-Degree Murder

On November 10th, Prosecutor Zerluc filed criminal charges against former Mayflower Public Broadcasting Service (MPBS) Director Cd_rz. In the charging document, the prosecution alleges that the former director committed first-degree murder, two counts of assault with a deadly weapon, and felony misconduct
Any person who intentionally and maliciously kills another person with premeditation, or who kills whilst in the commission of a felony, or who kills a uniformed or clearly identifiable civil servant in the commission of their duties, shall be guilty of a felony.
Assault with a deadly weapon (1 M.S.C. § 2302)
Any person who assaults a person with an object capable of causing severe harm to the person, shall be guilty of a felony.
Felony misconduct
Any person who incorrectly or immorally abusing one’s position as defined by law with corrupt intent to obtain a benefit for himself or herself or another or in which results in a threat to life shall be guilty of a felony.

On or about October 10th, 2025, the defendant, cd_rz was on the Mayflower State Government team in his capacity of a the Director of the Mayflower Public Broadcasting Service. Defendant cd_rz can be seen in one of the Mayflower Department of Justice rooms aiming his Benneti sidearm at OfficerJohnsonYT, a Department of Justice employee. When this happened, OfficerJohnsonYT stated “no, ill write an aopc if you murder me so help me god.” At this point, the defendant, cd_rz, turned and aimed his Benneti sidearm at an unnamed Department of Public Safety employee, who then tased the defendant, cd_rz, resulting in them being incapacitated for a brief couple seconds. Defendant cd_rz proceeded to get up off of the ground after being tased to then aim his Benneti sidearm at OfficerJohnsonYT once more. At this point, defendant cd_rz then proceeded to discharge a single round into OfficerJohnsonYT’s head, resulting in their death.
