Private security firm DeltaNine Inc. has been providing clandestine services to several organizations and personnel throughout the removal of their business certification. The company argues that removing its business certification was unconstitutional as the state only mandates that the Law Enforcement Training Institute trains and certifies peace officers and that the Department of State unlawfully broadens the scope of the Institute.
DeltaNine is a prestigious company and we are the best. We take our proffesionalism and skill as our most valuable asset. DeltaNine attempted to go through DOS and do everything 100% by the book, and was completely ignored by TradeEffect for their unconstitutional permit requirements which violates 5 sections of the constitution and should really be looked into for malpractice. So we took it on our own accords to practice our constitutional rights and we look forward to providing the great people of Mayflower the best and most experienced security in the market.
– TrexeoDev, Chief Executive Officer @ DeltaNine Inc.
DeltaNine Inc. has provided protective services to the Mayflower Public Broadcasting Service, particularly during the Christmas parade, where it protected cameraman A5_O which ended in several assassination attempts due to him criticizing the company afterward. It is hard to know if it only protected A5_O or if further negotiations took place regarding a larger contract with MPBS.

The Wonderland Bellecat Bakery and Wave Enterprises are also major customers of the firm, using their services heavily throughout their Department of State ban.

Not only does DeltaNine Inc. offer under-the-counter services, but they do so with a large disregard for the law itself. A rival organization affirms have been put under a KOS (Kill On Sight) by the firm and that agents were killing innocent civilians, dealing, possessing guns illegally, and committing fraud.
As of January 4th, 2024, DeltaNine announced that they would be closing their doors to the citizens of Mayflower after being threatened with a lawsuit, and claiming that state corruption and bureaucracy were a major part of this decision. It is believed that they plan on moving to other states.
Whichever business operates illegally when ordered by the Department of State to not operate shall be dealt with accordingly […]. I am glad to hear that the criminals are closing down operations and warn anyone who is thinking about running a business illegally to not do it. We will catch on and there will be Prosecution involved.
