4/11/2024 – A whistleblower within the Department of Justice (DOJ), who goes by the name Munch, has recently released scathing accusations of the inactivity of the Department of Justice as well as potentially corrupt activity from Attorney General Techiey. Munch, being a current employee of the Department of Justice, expressed concerns over a lack of leadership as well as a building-up backlog within the department. They claim that many current investigations are still “unfinished well beyond their deadlines” to the point that “several of the cases’ statute of limitations will expire.” They claim that these have occurred in due part to command such as the Assistant Attorney General for the Criminal Division Andysofun disappearing for weeks on end and many of the new prosecutors brought on board without direction.

Beyond criminal matters, the whistleblower expresses concern over the Department of Justice’s handling of cases against law enforcement officers and government agencies; the whistleblower alleges that many of these cases are ignored, which has led to default judgments being entered against officers. The only time they said that the DOJ tried to “rectify the situation” was when Deputy Attorney General Hecxtro “beg[ged] for an 11th hour extension after the court had already issued their ruling.”, as seen in publically accessible court records.

More pressingly, though, are claims of corruption involving a recent criminal tip submitted on the 9th. The video, which was taken 42 days ago, in the tip showed Captain CarnageCulture of the RSP shooting Palmer Police Officer Thorstrucked with a shotgun at point-blank range after he was tased. The whistleblower alleges that Attorney General Techiey had made the decision to dismiss the case “without any investigation” and suspects that Techiey did it as a favor for CarnageCulture being a key juror for the recent high-profile indictments of Governor Matrix, Lieutenant Governor Morale, General Brandon, and others. Sources within the DOJ’s Office of Government Affairs (The DOJ agency responsible for this type of prosecutions), speaking on the condition of anonymity, also confirmed that Attotney General Techiey did not consult them before unilaterally dismissing the case, and they were unaware to his reasoning behind it. RO-SPAN investigative journalists discovered that there was another video related to the incident that was left out of the initial criminal tip. In the video, which had occurred right before the first one, it shows the Palmer Police Officer taking Captain CarnageCulture out into the hallway and shooting him off-camera. CarnageCulture would then respawn, gather his tools, and then proceed to do what was formerly described from the video from the tip.

Legal experts from Clarke & Associates LLP say that although the PPD Officer shot and killed CarnageCulture first, CarnageCulture was acting out of vengeance, not self-defense, and could face manslaughter charges. As of right now, CarnageCulture and Thorstrucked currently work for the State Police. A complaint was allegedly filed against CarnageCulture to the State Police’s Internal Affairs Unit, but RSP Department Spokesmen have refused to comment on the validity of that claim, or the status of the complaint.
Stickza, the attorney for CarnageCulture, gave comment: “Discretion is left with the Attorney General. He decides who and when anyone is prosecuted. That has been the whole issue in recent weeks; the same politicians who cry about the Attorney General “losing” his prosecuting power are now contradicting themselves by saying that he is REQUIRED to prosecute him. The government forces the hands of its officers when it is convenient for their propaganda, and that is why I disagree with the incompetent whistleblower.
The letter in which the whistleblower had listed his grievances was sent to the Ridgeway State Senate Judiciary Committee. This comes at a difficult time for Techiey, where the Senate has already launched a separate inquiry regarding allegations of him committing perjury before a State Grand Jury. Thorstrucked, CarnageCulture, and Techiey have all been contacted on this but have not yet responded.
As of right now, it’s unclear how far these allegations will go within the legal processes or whether the Ridgeway voter would care. RO-SPAN will continue to monitor the story and provide information as this situation unfolds.
