The single biggest motivator is the fact that our state government is currently in absolute shambles. The Legislature is pursuing personal interests and the Executive is failing to enforce basic public safety. As for the Judiciary, “Justice is lost, justice is raped, justice is gone”.

With my experience (in Clark) serving in the National Guard for one and a half years, being an LEO for as long as I can remember, and being the nominated Director-General for the MPBS, I have been observing the dysfunctional nature of our government for a while now. Being tired of the mismanagement and political paralysis of our state, I am running to finally implement change in the Senate.

There are numerous pieces of infrastructure that are damaged and need to be fixed within our state, which makes it very hard for me to single out just one particular bill. However, my immediate priorities will address two major aspects: ensuring public safety and making sure that our court system is totally honest and reliable.

The single greatest challenge is the total breakdown of public security and judicial integrity across our state. When citizens cannot conduct daily activities safely and the legal system fails to protect them, the entire foundation cracks.

I don’t expect blind trust. My Discord server will remain permanently open to public feedback and criticism. A senator is supposed to listen and adapt because at the end of the day they are the People’s voice. If you want a senator who answers to you and respects your time rather than playing political games, I ask for your support.

I am running because the state needs active lawmakers who focus on clear laws, accountability, and practical solutions. Too often, problems grow because standards are unclear or leadership is inconsistent. I want to help create legislation that strengthens government and gives departments the structure they need to succeed.

As a Supervisory Special Agent with the Mayflower Bureau of Investigations and head of the Hostage Rescue Team, I have learned that strong leadership requires preparation, communication, and accountability. My experience has taught me that people work best when expectations are clear and leadership is fair. That is the approach I will bring to the Senate.

I would introduce or support a Government Standards and Accountability Act. It would create clearer expectations for officials and departments, improve transparency in leadership decisions, and establish a fair process for addressing repeated inactivity or misconduct.

The biggest challenge is inconsistency in leadership, enforcement, and standards. My immediate solution is to review unclear or outdated policies and introduce practical reforms that clarify responsibilities, strengthen oversight, and ensure rules are applied fairly.

Voters should trust me because I believe in being active, prepared, and accountable. I am not running for a title. I am running to support clear laws, fair standards, professional departments, and a government that acts before problems become crises.

my background outside of politics is business owner.. Ive owned many businesses in Clark many without dev support so its LARP AND THERE IS NO LIMIT TO THE LARP I FUCKING LOVE LARPING. I am a expensive car driver and buy cars with namesnipe vanity plates to blow up and buy again, and friend to all especially FLIP GANG, MRF, DW, you name it.. they’re still residents too and my constituents I have to serve them as a senator

I think the next piece of legislation I’ll be putting in would be something that reforms the Senate a bit more on the inside, it would basically grant the secretary, a bit more privilege or power… these are people that are within the Senate office that do 90% of all the work for docketing, counting the vote, and they know more than some of those new noob senators that get elected.. It’s a privilege to a senate secretary and it’s a shame we don’t have enough of them..

I’ve already authored a few bills in my time, but I think the next one I will be working on would be an act to amend and rewrite the entire title for the state guard, clean it up as most of it was repealed. Defining what use of force is, defining civilian interaction, and allowing the governor more reason and ability to deploy them. This also somewhat ties into the title that defines state militias a bit and I hope reworking this would allow for the MSM to be able to have a much more active role and effective return after the controversy over it in the past.. possibly allowing the state to accept more player-ran militias in the future.

So I think the biggest challenge right now in Clark County’s is the imbalance within our structure —specifically, the gap between strong enforcement power we have of so many law enforcement agencies and whatnot and then there’s our weaker legal structure with not many lawyers, too many rank sitting forever-supreme court for life that does what they want justices and overall we get 11-20 applicants every month for the BAR and LETI gets 200-400. There simply is not enough supply for the very high demand. We have very capable law enforcement and god bless them and very capable administrative systems god bless them too, but not enough consistency in our courts, our procedures in the way we do things, or available and effective oversight. With that we get our imbalance issue leading us to a lot of confusion, disputes and revolving door problems, and sometimes a lack of trust in outcomes. My CERTIFIED CODYCREATING IMMEDIATE solution is to prioritize structural legislation: formalizing the court system better, standardizing procedures instead of 2 year old documents/spreadsheets, and clearly defining and maintaining the system we’ve built. Once we achieve that, it all falls in place together. Now everything else—from policing to elections—becomes more stable and fair.
